This Blackening Seasoning is perfect to Blacken Seafood, Poultry or meat. Melt enough Butter to dredge your fish/chicken/meat in and coat it in Cajun King's Char Grill Blackened Seasoning. Flash cook in a HOT HOT HOT Cast Iron Pan. Only a minute or so on each side will do. The seasoning will caramalize and taste wonderful.
